Music has the quiet talent of stitching people together, and Joe has spent the past several years weaving those threads with steady hands and a restless creative spark. Raised in Birmingham, he found his first musical doorway at six, teaching himself piano by exploring the keys like a curious cartographer. At fourteen, a guitar landed in his hands, and the compass swung true. From that moment, the path was set. By fifteen, he had formed his first band, sharpening his songwriting by sheer momentum and instinct. Perform, write, refine, repeat. Over the years, he poured his energy into multiple bands, effortlessly shifting between roles as player, writer, and producer, earning a reputation for adaptability and craftsmanship. His latest chapter brings an unexpected but powerful full-circle moment: a reunion with Bob Peach, his early collaborator from the age of seventeen. Their renewed partnership has sparked Optimistic State of Mind, an album that feels like a map of Joe’s musical evolution. It glows with the fingerprints of his creative drive, his production detail, and his instinct for melodic storytelling. Rock, pop, blues, and the little sparks that live between them all are folded seamlessly together, forming a sound unmistakably his own.

K D’s musical journey began over two decades ago when she first stepped onto the scene as a keyboardist and vocalist. Quickly gaining confidence and developing her own artistic voice, she soon evolved into a dynamic frontwoman, now leading her own band as a bassist and lead vocalist. Driven by a desire to broaden her horizons and dive deeper into the world of melodic, guitar-driven rock, K D set her sights on joining an established outfit where her musicianship and energy could truly shine. That search led her to Tokyo Storm—where her experience, passion, and unmistakable stage presence make her a powerful addition to the new lineup.
Bob Peach
Bob Peach is a seasoned professional whose passion for rhythm and sound has driven a lifelong journey in music. From an early age, he found inspiration in the powerhouse drumming of John Bonham and the technical brilliance of Simon Phillips, both of whom helped shape his dynamic, expressive style behind the kit. Throughout his career, Bob has built an impressive portfolio as both a drummer and producer, earning publishing deals in the USA and Canada and collaborating with a diverse range of artists and bands across genres. Now focusing his energy on writing, recording, and producing from his own studio, Bob continues to push musical boundaries with the same enthusiasm that first inspired him. His recent collaboration with long-time friend Joe Bartnicki on the Tokyo Storm debut album “Optimistic State of Mind” and, more recently, their second album “Alien Radio Station” marks a powerful reunion—melding experience, craftsmanship, and genuine passion for music into a body of work that resonates deeply with listeners. With his vast experience and dedication, Bob remains not just a driving force behind the drum kit, but an invaluable creative presence in every project he touches.
